Welcome to Country Catering by Stacy.
I was born and raised in England, before moving to Australia and beginning a completely new chapter—running the Toobeah Hotel with my partner, Michael. What started as pub meals and community hospitality soon grew into a passion for creating wholehearted food experiences, designing menus, and bringing people together around great food.
In 2014, I recognised a gap in the market for country weddings and local event catering—and that’s where Country Catering by Stacy began. Since then, life has been filled with food, family, and learning—along the way, I’ve welcomed three beautiful children and continued to grow my experience in large-scale, rural and remote catering.
Today, I can cater anywhere, for any occasion. With my fully mobile kitchen, I specialise in travelling across regional and outback areas to deliver high-quality catering—whether it’s a wedding, community event, fundraiser, party or corporate function. No matter the size, location or distance, I’m committed to keeping it warm, authentic and delicious—true country hospitality, wherever you are.
