Meet Stacy

I’m the founder of Country Catering by Stacy, providing fresh, homemade catering for weddings, events, and gatherings across rural and regional areas. With a fully mobile kitchen and a love for bringing people together through food, I travel wherever the celebration takes place to deliver warm country hospitality and delicious meals.
My Story
I was born and raised in England before moving to Australia and beginning a new chapter running the Toobeah Hotel with my partner, Michael. What started as preparing pub meals and serving the local community quickly grew into a passion for creating memorable food experiences and designing menus for special occasions.

In 2014, I recognised a gap in the market for reliable catering for country weddings and local events — and that’s how Country Catering by Stacy began.

Since then, life has been filled with food, family, and learning. Along the way I’ve welcomed three beautiful children and continued growing my experience in large-scale rural and remote catering.

Today, with my fully mobile kitchen, I travel across regional and outback areas catering weddings, community events, fundraisers, private parties, and corporate functions — bringing authentic country hospitality wherever the event may be.
